Our Mail-In service is designed to make the repair process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Fill out the form below: Provide us with your name and email address to receive a dedicated link to get our latest prices. Our prices include return shipping to you.
  2. Agree to the quote and terms: Once you receive the quote, please review and confirm your acceptance of the terms.
  3. Package your console: Carefully package your console using the original packaging if possible, or use a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect it during transit.
  4. Ship your console: Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location to get a shipping label and tracking information. The cost of shipping to us is the responsibility of the sender.
  5. Repair process: Once we receive your console, our expert technicians will diagnose and repair the HDMI issue. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
  6. Payment: After the repair is complete, we will provide you with a detailed invoice with an image of the console working and showing the profile(s). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
  7. Return shipping: After the payment is complete, we will securely package your console and ship it back to you using a trackable shipping method and tracking number will be provided.

Most Mail-In repairs are completed within 1-3 business days after receiving your console, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
